2) Service Agreement

Definitions:

Thumbnail -- a digital representation of artwork.
You -- the artist, member of pndART.com

Copyright:

By registering artwork with pndART, you confirm that the work is an original piece of art that you have intellectual rights over. Should the intellectual rights ever be questioned, you are responsible for reaching a settlement with the questioner. pndART denies all liability. You retain intellectual property rights on your work. Thumbnails may not be reproduced without your permission. .

Membership:

pndART reserves the right to deny membership for any reason. If you receive two customer complaints over a rolling three month calendar your membership will be revoked without refund.

Payments:

You are paid for processed orders on a weekly basis via paypal through your registered email address. Payments will be made for gross receipts minus a handling charge payed by customers minus 10% consignment, minus returns.

Shipping Policy:

You must ship for items not marked on back order within 3 business days of notification. Items on backorder may be shipped at leisure. Items must be shipped via USPS (Parcel Post) insured and tracked. You are responsible for notifying the buyer of the tracking number of the shipment within 1 business day of shipping.

Image Recommendations:

For posting on NextGallery, thumbnails may be no larger than 500KB in size. NextGallery will dyanmically render images of appropriate size from your thumbnail.

Privacy:

We take your privacy very seriously. We will not share your information to others unless such sharing is required inorder to fulfill an order. To view our privacy policy click here.
